You seem to have made a little progress with the apple juice fast, and then it came back. I would try a 7 day orange juice fast. If you drink a lot of o.j. then substitute another juice you don't drink frequently. It is possible that you have food allergies without realizing it, which may be causing your acne. Unfortunately there is usually no easy answer. What works for someone may not work for someone else. Essentially you may have to try a number of protocols to see what works for you - parasite cleanse, Liver Flush etc. Eat a healthy diet, get exercise, stay as positive as possible and try some of the these protocols and see what works for you.
