You are saying that a daily maintaianence dose of Iodine would be 50 mg. a day for him, or anyone? That is because he has a working thyroid, his body just may not be getting the amount needed for it to continue to work at peak performance?

He just graduated college, and is back home..he sleeps all day (10-12 hours) and is up all night being on the computer. I put him on a parasite cleanse, he gets mineral supplements, B vits, and the iodine.

I'll put him up to 8 drops today, see what happens.

I'll be purchasing V-C crystals so we can use mega dose is needed, (2-3 grams) and cilantro. I'm sure he'll love the pesto.
