Oh yes, of course, I'll go at what I think I can handle. I remember all too well the fast and really terrible detox when I went 100% raw!

I'm doing 2 drops in the morning, and 1 drop in the late afternoon. I'm feeling really good, sometimes I have a head-ache upon waking, but lately that hasn't happened. I'm going to go to 2 drops in the morn, and 2 drops in the afternoon starting today.

I did get all my silver fillings removed and my teeth are now 100% clear of them. I am going to try Owen's pesto. I haven't done any salt pushes yet, but I may give that a try one morning. But urine and bm's are all good right now.

I just finished a 30 day parasite cleanse, and will do another in 90 days.

I'm sleeping like a baby at night, which is unusual for me. I usually wake up 6 times a night to go pee, but not any more. I get up less than half that now.

I'm losing some weight, I can tell because of the way my clothes are fitting. I don't want to get on a scale yet. I know I need to lose weight, between 35 to 60 lbs. I'd be happy with 35, and would love to lose 60.

My 24 yr. old son also is now taking 1 drop of Iodine most days. I'm going to have him up it to 2 drops today.

I figure that I want to get to 50 mgs. as a goal, get off my thryoid meds, and then go up in Iodine until I'm saturated. After saturation, I don't know yet how to maintain..I'll learn.
