MSG is only on the label in 99% pure form,98% can be listed as natural flavoring or anything else.Msg is formed in the breakdown of proteins into amino acids.Glutamic salts are found in most packedged foods as taste enhancers ,BUYER BEWARE shit food is everywhere.All of the animal studies done on this stuff is downright awefull,headaches are just the tip of the medical iceberg.Be wise be green be healthy!
