hello!!!!

good to hear that you had a great couple of days good for you. you sound happy and that is just fabulous. it's kind of crazy because not long ago my sister had a graduation party, and somehow i of all people ended up being in charge of the food. i had to organize and help re-stock it and stuff like that and it actually worked out well for me. instead of sitting there debating on if i should eat or not eat or worry about who was watching me, i kept very busy. it sounds like that was the case with you too. who woulda thought =)

i've also been doing pretty well the last week with only a couple instances. i've decided that i'm going to do two days of nothing but Watermelon and distilled water starting tomorrow. i want to really heal my kidneys and everything else for that matter, but my ohther pills aren't in yet ( parasite and Bowel Cleanse pills from humawor). little projects like this help me and give me a goal to do and help me refrain from purging, but whenever i'm done i usually go back to my old habits but we'll see

anything else new with any of you?

i just love reading all the posts about what you are all doing and how encouraging it is

oh soph, have you ever done any oil pulling. i looked into it for about a month and actually bought some good oil, but for some reason never started. (probably because it still seems so gross to me but the benefits are sooo tempting)
