I had them removed during a course of treatment..so probably took me 4 visits, over a couple months time. I didn't do any type of protocol, but may try something in the future. I'm just learning about it all. I feel very good though, and I've been adding things as I go along.

I take acv, magnesium, mineral tablets, my parasite tinctures for the cleanse, and now iodine.
