Hi! I did the salt water flush in the morning for 7 Days after my period.

I was very impressed with it! It cleaned out my colon very well and even some stray parasites I was surprised to see that were in my colon.

I plan to do another salt water flush after each Period every month. Some people do it every day. A fellow employee of mine has a friend who had Crohn's disease, which reversed itself because she has done it every morning for over a year now.

From what I read, if done after a certain period of time, it starts cleaning and purifying the cells in your body. I feel for me, to just do it no more than 7 days every month-- while improving my diet and staying hydrated all day.
