Zoebess -- you are an inspiration to me. I enjoyed your post above so much. It gives me hope. I also read your profile. You have taken quite a journey.

I suspect I live in a moldy house. We live near a high water table and things like towels, etc. seem to take forever to dry. I wonder if their are ways to test these things, either professionally or on your own.

If you don't mind my asking, what did your restricted diet consist of? Did you allow dairy? Dr. Clark's book has made me paranoid about all the molds, viruses and bacteria in everyday common foods like bread and milk. Right now I don't eat dairy anyway but I would like to again. She also says that parasites hide in raw produce. I used to love my salads, but lately I can't touch them thinking of that.
