I suffer with Acne also...I have the type you are talking about dry, red and itchy. I have come to the conclusion that it is a combination of poor digestion, hormonal problems...as in too much estrogen and candida. I say this about the candida because when I was on the parasite herbs my skin cleared up as soon as I stoped taking them it came back...I think the herbs killed off candida.

Anyway good luck with it because I know how much it can get you down!
