Thanks all for the great advice and support. I know that stress and my vices (am coffee - one cup, and my weekly few cocktails aren't helping either. I probably have adrenal fatigue too. As for parasites, well I was in a foreign country 18 months ago and it turned out we'd been drinking well water with sewage runoff in it. We had it tested after weeks of feeling dizzy and unwell. I know for sure it was giardia, who knows what else. We were given some very heavy duty stuff to take and I got scared and just took Black-Walnut capsules. Then I got pregnant shortly after that so I wasn't going to do much else. Is it possible these issues have something to do with drinking that water and not adequately de-parasiting? I had all my Amalgams removed in 2002. I have never been able to tolerate birth control. One thing I do have is plenty of stress and a poor way of dealing with it. I have always gravitated towards alcohol to deal with it. I am sure I have adrenal fatigue. Many afternoons I become very weak and pale around 5 pm, and that is when I feel I need a drink and can't do anything because I am too drained.

I just bought some MSM to take, as well as zinc carnosine, a special gut healer you take for a month or two. I have been on a Colon Cleanse for 10 days and have seen nothing except for some mucous, but I can say that these pills cause me a lot of gastro-intestinal discomfort several hours after taking them. Is this normal? I have been suffering through it thinking that means it's working. If one has leaky gut, are these Colon Cleanses a good idea? I also bought some liquid GSE. I am going overseas in December and my goal is to look and feel better than ever by then. I will hopefully take up bikram yoga again if I can find the strength to exercise. Some days I feel a short walk is exhausting. What can really get rid of parasites if not these herbal preparations that are so irritating to the gut?
