But is avoiding fluoride enough? Don't I have to get the stuff out of me? Is Iodine enough to get it out? I know I have fluoride poisoning. I have been doing my best to avoid it for months now, but don't get any better. I fear that my systems of elimination are working that well. I did a Bowel Cleanse and parasite cleanse, but I noticed that my liver function test (whilst technically normal on the blood test) was at the lower end of the scale. I haven't done a Liver Flush and seriously question my ability to do one.

What is the best way of getting fluoride out? Given that I have been feeling worse since I started at CZ, I strongly suspect that all I have done is stir it up inside me and have it land in some other part of my body. I have these really strange muscle pains in areas that don't normally hurt and have no reason to be hurting.

It also makes me really sad that my mother, who loved me dearly and thought she was doing the right thing by me, has probably inadvertently, caused, or at least added to my many health issues. She must be spinning in her grave.
