thank god you havent been cut. thats the main thing. the rest is quite doable in my estimation. it will take time and patience with yourself and learning to trust what your body is telling you.

the parasite cleanse is good. also, any other cleansing and flushing you can do to improve digestion, increase absorption and facilitate elimination will help. the majority opinion these days seems to be doing a salt push or two before even starting the iodine.
