I'm new to this forum..been reading, but need to ask some questions..I'm sure things already discussed. I've been on thyroid meds for 31 years, I currently take armour 120 mgs. 1 tablet per day. I am hypothyroid with a goiter.

I found iron 4 years ago..the supplement saved my life I feel, I took it for a year, then I found raw foods, and I lost 71 lbs.,now I'm doing a parasite and worm cleanse, and I want to start taking Lugols iodine. I'm afraid though, I would hate to lose my hair and gain 25 lbs.

If I understand correctly, I can take the Lugols while taking the Armour, and hopefully reduce the armour until I'm weaned off. Do you continue taking Lugols and do you ever get off of that?
