I've done a Water Fast for a day, but I can't go longer because I get weak. I've tried Clark's liver cleanse twice, but that was before I knew which order to cleanse all the organs. I've been drinking 2 to 4 quarts of water daily for the last 6 months and very rarely have processed foods. In spite of all this, I've not cured my ailments. I believe there is ancient matter and parasites in my organs that is the root of my ailments which has brought me here, asking these questions, so that I may proceed correctly the first time.

I want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly, so please correct me if I'm not.

1) a cleanse is not as powerful as a purge
2) Clark's liver cleanse is a liver purge
3) Schultz's liver cleanse is better used after Clark's liver purge
