I am so Happy for you. I hope u can tame this beast called MS. It sounds like a scary disease. Wish you the very best.

Fortunately, I dont have any scary disease which MDs can give a name to, I have never been on any long term drugs, and generally ok health.
I do get bouts of constipation and bloating, which I want completely gone and I am working on that.
Alkalising the Ted's way is helping me a lot. You are right abt Iodine. Iodine is very Acidic ( being a strong oxidant), and kills bacteria/ parasites by its oxidant nature.

I have been concerned abt ML's alkalizing formula, because of the Calcium Hydroxide involved. Other ingredients are fine by me and I take them. I personally dont prefer to take Calcium supplements. Still trying to get my calcium from foods. But, if its working for you then wonderful.

I have a friend who's mom died of MS at age 47. She is arnd 35 now, and is very very careful of her diet etc. becoz she fears, she might be prone to getting MS. she is determined not to have kids, becoz she wants the disease to end with her. I am sure, u will come out of this disease all clean. Where there is a will, there is defiantely a way.
