There are multiple motivations for the cleanse this time around but in all honesty, sobriety is the biggest. Then to detox, then for clarity, then possibly for weight loss. Most importantly I want to get out of the cycle of drinking booze. Thanks for your input. I will definitely browse this forum. Any particular threads you recommend?
