good luck with the mastercleanse that you started. You are right, alcoholism is something that sneaks up on people. From your description of your drinking habits, it sounds like the booze has definitely become an obstacle for you, in your life. I hope you have the chance to read some of the posts on this forum -- you will find discussions of some different strategies to try, to help you break free from the alcohol. Hopefully one or more of them will work for you.

One question I had was whether or not your interest in sobriety was the main motivation behind your doing the mastercleanse?
