You will run in the problem that there are different views on almost everything on the forums.

If you read Julia Chang (www.sensiblehealth.com) she does not use epsom for the flush.

The Epsom Salt is used to relax the ducts so if you have Gallstones they will get out. If you don't have calcified stones, you probably can do without it.

Some people use a teaspoon daily for the minerals it contains.

Read the different flushes. And also read the different forums Schulze,Clark,Andreas Moritz,Ana,Shelley.

Some will say you need parasite cleaning, others will say if you keep your colon clean, you don't need it.

So keep educating yourself and make a choice for what is best for your body.
