The real bullcheese comes from websites like the one you refer to. There have been studies with people consuming massive amounts of Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) without problem. And a whole population of people across Asia do so, with Japanese having one of the healthiest and longest lived populations in the world.

MSG is natural, it is safe and to claim otherwise marks one as liar or a fool.
