I agree with #35289. The problem is internal. You should do colon cleanses, liver flushes, parasite cleanses, herbal detox etc., and find a lifetime detox diet you are comfortable with.

However, I have removed small skin tags on my face and a large mole on the back of my neck by tying a hair around the raised tags or moles (to cut of the blood circulation) until they dry up, turn black and fall off, leaving no scar. The larger ones take longer, and you may have repeat the process than once.

Someone told me this as an "old wives tale". It worked for me!
