I am one of the take it slow people. Its just that fatigue and brainfog are such a big part of my life. In addition, the Earthclinic site suggests that boron may help rid the body of excess calcium. This is a real problem for me, mostly due to drinking spring water from a limestone cave for twenty years. All the recent posts on boron intrigued me, but right now I am doing the Lugols and IP6. This is probably enough detox for now. After I complete my dietary cleanse I will re-evaluate the situation and decide about whether or not to add boron to my protocol.
I really do appreciate all the non-judgemental help and advice that is available on this forum. It is one of the best places on Curezone. Thanks for your point of view. I do not want to detox too rapidly. I've "been there, done that" several years ago when I tried to combine a parasite cleanse, Colon Cleanse and the Master Cleanse, I was at a craft fair and nearly passed out. The friend I was with did not drive. After that, I decided to not try and do everything at once. Still, I do want to continue to explore and evaluate all the options for good health. To me this is a lifetime journey that may have many twists and turns, I want to have the knowledge necessary to always keep going forward.
