Thanks for that advice. I've been reading posts in the parasite cleanse board and can relate to many of them regarding die off symptoms.
This morning I didn't take the Paranil capsules or the Colonix fiber drink, because I was certain I was ready to quit. However, I had a "sufficient" BM, including something very odd-looking, so now I'm thinking maybe I should continue on. (As an aside, I ate a lot of garlic at dinner last night - one clove raw in an olive oil & vinegar dressing and two cloves in red sauce. I used to find garlic would help get things moving when I was "stuck". I also drank a few glasses of Perrier, another little rememdy of mine that seems to help.)
But back to the Colonix - I'm considering taking the 4 Paranil caps a day, but dropping down to 1/2 a scoop of the fiber, since it seems to cause constipation & painful bloating.
Any thoughts on this?
