I was wondering how much Castor Oil to use for a first Castor Oil cleanse, and is it necessary to use orange juice with it? Would Cranberry Juice work just as well?

I have had a distended belly for many years (like 20). I have done Liver Flushes, a Colon Cleanse, and parasite Cleanse, (and thousands of crunches) but none has helped with the swollen belly, (except the colon cleanse, it helped for a short time).

The distention is much less in the morning for some reason, like a few inches less, after I eat, it pops right back out again. I have had IBS (Irritable Blowel Syndrome) for about the same amount of time, If I push my belly near my navel, it always really hurts.
