I definitely think you picked up some bad bacteria ., probably also an invisible type parasite as well from the first batch of that raw milk.
Things would have been fine, probably, if they were more sanitary about it and didnt' take their cow manure lightly. Cows- as does all livestock-- harbor alot of parasites, and then there is the invisible stuff like e.coli bacteria that manure brings into the picture.
I would bet that if a farmer milks their cows the old fashioned hand held way and not used machines, the cows would feel better and their would be less chance of contamination.
Anyway, with that being said, ---when you mentioned this, it sent out alarm bells:

Yes, I think the fact that you and dd had been on anti-biotics fairly recently did lower your resistance to any bad bugs from the milk.
It is an ignored fact, that when we are on synthetic anti-biotics, alot of our good bacteria is also destroyed with the bad bacteria to the point that we are more susceptible to future parasite and other bacteria infections.
Doctors all to many times fail to emphasize to thier patients the need for probiotics after being on anti-biotics. Kefir milk, or raw sauerkraut , or Kombucha drinks will help restore some good bacteria.
You must start doing this now-- even though it's been over a year now since you were on those anti-biotics. It will give you an edge over what you are going through now.
Raw unrefined apple cider vinegar taken daily with meals will help the digestive tract also.
Raw pineapple and papaya fruit will also help the poor digestion from lack of good bacteria., but still- make it a point now to start taking natural probiotics and also some supplement form probiotics when possible. Get that good bacteria in you now.
When on supplement probiotics, you should also do some colon cleansing, because probiotics can tend to make one constipated at times.
parasite cleansing is also good afterwards to knock off anything you picked up from the poorly milked raw milk that the past Antibiotics indirectly allowed to flourish in your body
