Congratulations on your 4 monthiversary!! OMG - it must feel so awesome. I remember your tenative beginnings and here you are, celebrating milestones.

Believe it or not, I've noticed that what you mention is true - at least I can take comfort in facing these events face on. After all, they are the results of my past actions. The pain is real and intense, the regret immense, but I have to stand up and not hide behind a few drinks. I have to own my mistakes and then see what is in store, and where to go from there.

As per your suggestion, I have been coupling a round of humaworm with the glycerine protocol (and hypoglycemic diet) - and so far all is going well.

Mentally I was perfectly fine always except in the evenings after work - the most important time for family. A grave error.

Hopefully, there are lessons I can garner in my path, and be able to bring healing to my core family's collective soul.
