I have been using small doses of Sea Salt and vitamin-c before, that some people claim has helped them with lyme and other parasites, and dr Klinghardt recommends it as well. Yesterday I used a larger amount of salt just to see if it could clean me out since I have constipation problems. I just poured it in a glass of water so not sure on the exact amount but should be almost at least a third, which I of course know is crazy. The only thing I had taken before was the drug valtrex which I´ve tried against viruses and also grape seed extract earlier, but those two I have used longer. This morning my whole face and eyes was incredibly swollen and I could feel the sinus parasites moving and even hearing them as they moved around. Same thing has happened when I´ve taken large doses of the drug albenza before, but not the moving part. I really looked like a crazy woman and not shure if I wanted anyone to see me at all. I didn´t have any vitamin-c left at home so that´s why I took only salt. During the day later on the swelling of the face returned to normal and I felt a lot more clearheaded than I have in a long time. I also took some cortisol spray which I use for my clogged sinuses later on. It´s not something I recommend doing but more like a note that Sea Salt could have an effect with some type of parasites. Of course I felt like s-it the whole day but I do all the time anyways. Has anyone else found salt to be ever be effective?
