Wow, I feel sooo good and sooo clean! I used organic, shade grown coffee. As I was buying the coffee the clerk asks me what I will be using it for. I answered "pardon?". Then he told me it was so he could grind it for me according to the coffee-maker. I tried really hard not to smile so much.
I also added celtic Sea Salt . I had a lot of mucus come out along with yucky brown diahrea-like bm, and white specs (graphic-sorry). I am thinking of adding Clarkia tincture next time in case the white specs were parasite related. I did have a small headache about two hours later, but it did not last. It might have been due to toxins released into the intestines and some of it was probably re-absorbed.
