Well, through one of the darkest days in my existence, unbelievable as it may sound: no desire to drink.

There was an underlying mental wish, but no physical desire.

Meaning I longed for dulling the feelings of sadness but did not "need" to have a drink.

1 Tbs. glycerine with fresh lemon juice and water 3 times day: 9:00 am, 3:00 pm, then about 7:00 pm.

Taking humaworm, and eating a light diet. Still B's etc.

So much stress, and more to come I am a bit worried about my adrenals crashing. We'll see.
