I think you should eat a little more balanced (but still healthy) diet (maybe just more calories?) and go ahead and try liver flushing. You might want to do a round of a parasite cleanse first. Thats what I did. I kinda alternate parasite and Liver Cleansing now. Im flushing tonight, then starting HUmaworm in a couple days. But Ive already done a parasite cleanse before so Id recommend starting with that if you have never done either.
