Have you considered the fact that your constipation isn't really related to your ED then, and maybe more the infection and Antibiotics ? You might benefit from a really good Colon Cleanse and a parasite cleanse. Antibiotics tend to kill all the good bacteria and allow for parasites to enter your body. After a few months they can colonize your body as they breed and mess you up.

I'm assuming you drink enough water too, right? 8 glasses a day? No processed sugar, and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables?
