Has anyone used either of these in a protocol? I have always noticed that when I drink ginger tea it exacerbates a numb spot I have sometimes under my right shoulder blade. I read somewhere that could be caused by stones in gallbladder or liver but now I am thinking parasites since I have flushed some.

If you are using these, or have, I would like to know the most efficient way.
