Kevin, it does sound like it could have been parasites passing out of your body. I have not had any leave that have left me feeling as poorly as you, yet I have felt deep tiredness. After I would have a BM, my tiredness would be gone. My 'blah' feeling would also dissapate. As for going out your urine, that also is possible. I have not experienced it myself, though.
