For anyone beginning a cleansing program, a parasite cleanse is an absolute must! No sense flushing your liver, for example, if it is full of critters!

And that Liver Flush is also a must do, though it does take patience. It took me 5-6 flushes at 2 week intervals before I passed the "mother lode" -- 30-40 beautiful jade green stones the size of small prunes! Since that flush I have had NO problems with my previously plagued skin! And my digestion has never been better.

Of course colon cleansing is a biggie, and was my biggest. I took me four years of industrial strength cleansing including long juice fasts and many professional colonics, but I reached my goal turning 50 with a clean pink colon!

Whatever your cleansing goals... you CAN do it! And curezone is definitely a great place to get going!
