Well, at least you did SOMEthing - most people wouldn't even go far enough to seek another physician.

We are conditioned in this Western Culture to view medical doctors as dieties. They are seemingly above the Law, above reproach, above ethical scrutiny, etc.

And, you aren't required to forgive anyone for any thing - that is a personal choice which you may (or, may not) choose to exercise.
