Hello,

You do not have to Master Cleanse in order
to do liver flushing. It is recommended
that one Liver Flush prior to MCing actually.

The Master Cleanse can double as a kidney
flush but if there are pre-existing kidney
issues, I would recommend a designated kidney
flush. The Master Cleanse will not kill
parasites either. If you are carrying a heavy
parasite load, you may find some flushed out
but it is not the rule. I can recommend using
the Humaworm parasite plan as many on Curezone
have found much success with it and it is
only $26 dollars for one adult 30 day program.

The Liver Flush seems complicated but if you
follow it step by step it is not so bad.
It is very economical. Approximately 3 grapefruit
per person, 4 tablespoons of epsom salt, and
1/2 cup of olive oil per person. I have done
the egg and lime flush but only in addition
to the Hulda Clark liver flush. It helps
cleanse the liver but in a different way it
seems. I still prefer the standard. Here is a

I would think you would want to start with a
liver flush or series of them. From the liver
