Even though I am a woman , and go through having a period every month- I would NEVER take that pill to stop having a period!

I found that with getting enough of the plant oils - as well as fish oils and Oil of Evening Primrose- and herbal teas, I do not get the monthly irritability and heavy blood flow I used to get. Endometriosis runs in our family and I no longer experience that anymore- and not even bloating! I make sure now to rev up my immune system and cut out refined sugars and starches also. Foods rich in Carotene and magnesium help me alot too as well as staying hydrated more than ever as part of the detox involved with menstruation.

Having my period is very cleansing for me. I have the best bowel movements the week of my period, and I notice that I also pass some dead parasites at that time too.

I wish the Pharmacuetical companies would be content with thier Quadrillions of $$$ profits they already make on us all- and stop making things worse with thier toxic drugs.


P.S. Forgot to mention that I do eat dried kelp during that time in salads., and take kelp tablets, so maybe natural Iodine is also helping me each month too
