Hi Swati,

I had a lot of relief with sinus/allergy problems when I started OP last fall. I have had a couple of "attacks" this spring when pollen has been really bad and I had not been oil pulling regularly. You might want to try the basic protocol set forth at

to see how you do (it's using sesame or sunflower oil, 1x per day for 20 minutes of swishing). If that goes well you could try other oils, or increase frequency -- if there is a high pollen count I will try to OP more than just once a day.

Iodine has been helpful to me and I recommend you look at the allergy-related posts under the "R" link at the Iodine Support forum. It's especially important for women to get adequate Iodine intake, which virtually none of us do. One thing I have noticed with both therapies is that my water processing seems better, and if you are retaining water around the eyes you might try both.

I'm glad someone talked about the parasite cleanse, and I will also say that it is important to work on the kidneys and liver, too. Those are the basic organs of elimination and your body won't be able to work properly until they do. SOme Liver Flushing and salt-water cleansing can be really helpful in opening everything back up.

Hope you get some relief -- this past winter was the first in a long time where I didn't have a stuffy nose all the time, etc. and it was great!
