I mix Epsom Salts with apple juice in my blender. Much easier to get down that way. I also mix grapefruit juice with the olive oil in the blender, then, if it still tastes bad, I just put a little maple syrup on my tongue to take that olive oil taste away. I personally had my biggest success with my first cleanse, with lots of good sized stones. I still don't feel 100 percent, and am planning another cleanse tomorrow nite. Just completed Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse, so hope that will help me.
