i'm so sorry you are hurting. i wish you all the luck and love in the world to heal quickly.

When my friend was in pain, more Epsom Salts helped, as did having her "talk" to her gallbladder/liver, and stones, thanking them for being there (yes, thanking them...they are the result of the body taking care of you, encasing a parasite or bacteria, or something else important). I asked her to actually feel love for the stones, and the pain. Also massaging the area, using a hot water bottle on it, and relaxing. Her pain subsided considerably from that.
