Sorry never used that but I did find a site that has a program you can print
also uses the the products I followed with a Doc & it works..
& is A lot cheeper than the doc visits!
But the Cleanses helped the products to work better as they did not have to wade thru all the gunk to work & get to where it needs help most ..

Basic therory is:
Only use 1 product at a time for 4 days & switch so the Candida "doesn't" figure out how to evolve & not die with that product & then Rotate from 1 product to the next, over & over.. Tricks Candida good!

Also parasites go Hand In HAnd with Candida they play off each other so you have to work on them too
