I did the enema last night with epson salts. I felt better but my back still really hurt. I took 2 teaspoons of olive oil and lemon juice (just as an experiment) and went to bed.

Today I still feel like the whole area around my GB is in pain and the pain is still radiating into my back. I've never felt this bad for so long. It is especially bad when I eat anything. (I've been trying to eat carefully...tofu and fruits and veggies and some whole wheat bread plus some fresh juices).

I have 2 theories.

1) parasites - is it time to finally do a parasite cleanse?

2) there is a giant stone in my GB which is stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.
