Ronnie, If you get those "seeds" again, pick them up, and store them in a jar with vodka - alcohol.
Take a photo of them!

Can you describe those seeds with more details?
Size(mm), color, shape, hard or soft, can be cut with a knife ...

If you are positive taht those "seeds" are different then any foods you ate in the last 3-5 days .... then Gues what? ... You have parasites!

But, describe those "seeds" with as many details, and I will send you a link with a Factsheet of that animal.

It is time for parasites cleanse! That is the reason of all your problems.

At least, now you know what to do!
Give me some more details ... are those seeds more like sesame seeds or more like rice ... or more like beens?
