Hiya 17163!

Sorry to be so long in replying - I've been busy.

The order I did my cleansing, and what I used (I was a little limited by having to order products online, and by gradually learning through CZ and books ordered online what needed to be done):

I started in March 2006.

1. Increased water intake to about 12 8-ounce glasses a day, on average. I drink bottled mineral water, to which I add 1/4 tsp each of Sea Salt , epsoms salt, and baking soda - it tastes sweet. I usually ozonate it. Of everything I've done, I think this is the single most important thing for cleansing and rejuvenating the body. I really feel it when I get lazy about drinking water!
2. Organic oregano oil - 6 drops 2x/day. To eliminate fungus and many parasites.
3. Clarkia - parasite tincture. I followed their program for a complete 11-week parasite cleansing. I noticed my stomach stopped gurgling when I was hungry, and my hunger reduced greatly, along with most cravings. I take their maintenance 20 drops single dose whenever I notice abdominal gurgling again. This program overlapped the next one, and so timing became important.
3. P&B Shakes for colon cleansing: Psyllium powder 1 tsp and Bentonite clay 1 tablespoon mixed in a 50% mixture of water and apple juice, 1 glass, shaken vigorously, downed and followed by 1 glass of water immediately. I started with 1 P&B shake a day for 1 week, and then increased by 1 more P&B shake each week until I got to 4 shakes a day during the 4th week. I found it hard to maintain this with full-time work, so I stayed at this frequency as much as possible for about a month, increased to 5 a day for one week, then back to 4 a day for the remainder of that 3rd month. I stopped when I saw signs of vitamin deficiency - bleeding gums and bruising easily. This was to clean the colon. I have since done one maintenance cleansing and will start another as soon as my kidneys are sorted out. The P&B shakes cleansing overlapped the first and second liver flushes.
4. Liver Flushing using Moritz' procedure (similar to Clark's procedure, but he recommends drinking water during the flush except for within 20 minutes of the ES), and he recommends that no cold food or drink be consumed. My first flush was May 26, 2006. I did the first 5 flushes about 4 weeks apart, the next 4 flushes about 3 weeks apart, and the next 8 flushes 2 or 3 weeks apart, depending on how my body felt. I followed this procedure since I thought my liver was probably pretty congested and toxic to start, and my system would need lots of recovery time between flushes. I reduced the time between flushes as my liver felt stronger. I could tell how strong my liver was by how soon after I could eat meat - at first I needed about 3 days without meat (or suffer gas, cramps, and spontaneous flushing of maybe 20 additional stones without benefit of stone-softening apple or duct-relaxing ES) but now I can eat meat on the same day as the stones come out if I want to. Not recommended, but it's nice to know you have that choice.
5. Kidney cleansing using Banaba tea (March 2007) and Clark's kidney cleanse (April 2007). I still drink the Banaba tea in the morning and evening most days. I should have done this before doing the first liver flush, but live and learn!

I have done 17 flushes to date. I will do #18 in a few days. To date, I have removed over 4,300 stones, the largest being 3.0 cm.

The fatty tissues (looked exactly like pyramid-shapped corn, but were soft) came out during the liver flushes, on at least 3 of the flushes so far - maybe flushes #12, 15 and 16. I didn't see any come out between flushes. They did not turn to jelly at room temperature, although they felt like jelly. They were accompanied by strong acid.

I'm not sure which particular product might have aided in rejuvenating my body, but I've also included the following:

(These are high doses, which I arrived at gradually and by listening to my body. I don't recommend these particular doses for any other person, as I think everyone's body is different and even my nutritional/detoxing needs are different from day to day. I am just reporting on what I've done. I tried other supplements as well but discarded them.)

Chlorella - about 10,000 mg/day. To remove metals and for nutritional support.
Vitamin C - about 12,000 mg/day. To clean veins and arteries (my spider veins seem to be disappearing) and reverse numbing of the fingers from mild carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as general tissue cleansing and rebuilding. I consume the same amount of bioflavanoids to improve absorption.
Vitamin E - 800 mg/day. Antioxidant.
Gingko Biloba - about 500 mg/day. To reduce brain fog and improve general cardiovascular health, particularly in the brain. Good antioxidant.
Bilberry - about 500 mg/day. To improve night vision and as a general antioxidant.
Glucosamine sulphate with chondroitan and MSM - To reduce arthritis. Hopefully, when my liver is finally clear of stones (I anticipate 2 more years of frequent flushing) I won't need this anymore.
CoQ10 - 200 mg/day. To aid in heart function and for general cleansing.
Calcium/Magnesium with zinc (and a 40-minute walk in the sun every day). For bones and electrolyte balance.
Milk thistle - 600 mg/day. I started this after my 9th flush and the twinging in the liver stopped almost immediately. Some people have had very bad results with this, suffering great pain in the liver. I don't know why it works so well for me and so badly for others, I'm producing on average at least 200 stones per flush so my biliary ducts were not clear yet when I started, but it helps me.

Detoxing methods: I've tried these at various times and recommend all of them.
1. Detox foot pads - I order them from a company based in China through eBay.
2. Detox baths - 1 cup of ES and 1 cup of baking soda with 6 drops of lavender oil.
3. Dry skin brushing.
4. Massaging after dry skin brushing with organic cold-pressed coconut oil. I also use coconut oil when frying food.
5. Oil swishing. I started with safflower (thin and mild), tried olive oil (thicker and stronger flavour) and recently sesame oil (same thickness as olive oil, earthy flavour). I like the sesame oil best.
6. Tsetsi's egg/lime/oil mini-flush. No stones or obvious metabolic garbage came out, but I don't do enemas so I could probably have gotten better results. This mini-flush did a lot for my skin and hair, and soothed occasional twinging in the liver. It seems to be effective at detoxing and liver strengthening.

I don't do all of these detoxing methods all the time, but after flushing I do most of them, and between flushes I do all of them when it is convenient.

Diet Changes:
I switched to organic food around May of 2006 (it took awhile to find the shops, I live in Japan and can't read Japanese very well yet). I began using about 50% raw vegetables in my diet around September of this year. I love meat (maybe a holdover from when I had a lot of Ascaris and liver flukes) and can't give it up, but I've reduced beef to once or twice a month, and other kinds of animal protein to 3 or 4 times a week, small amounts each time. My diet now consists of about 50% vegetables (about half of which is raw), 20% fruit, 20% grains and 10% animal proteins. I don't consume dairy products anymore (had a hard time giving up yogurt) and the grains are usually organic noodles. My diet is nowhere near perfect - I rarely have a day where I eat ONLY organic food - but the vast majority is organic. The vegetables and fruit are always cleaned and ozonated.

Also, I've added healthy oils to my diet. They are always organic and cold-pressed. I've switched to frying with coconut oil because I've read that it doesn't change to trans- forms of fats when heated, while even the healthiest other oils do. I consume olive oil, sesame seed oil, coconut oil, and flaxseed oil every day. I'm not careful about mixing and matching oils yet, but that will change when my book on Oils that Harm/Heal (by Udo?) arrives in the mail, any day now! I also consume raw eggs several times a week, when I do the Tsetsi egg/lime/oil mini-flush. Raw eggs are a good source of vitamins (especially B vitamins), good cholesterol, and lecithin, and my liver loves them. Adding raw eggs to my diet has done wonders for my skin and hair, and in soothing my liver.

Recently, I've increased my intake of seaweed. Since I live in Japan, it's easy to get it. I've found that miso soup (with a generous portion of wakame, one of the seaweeds) goes a long way in reducing my need for meat. Seaweed is a good source of natural iodine, which has benefit in particular for females. Again, this is new for me, so I'm not up on all the details yet.

This is a lot of detail, but I've been a constant reader of CZ and experimented a lot over the past year!

Hope this helps.
