Hey, Veterans...I'm almost finished with 40 days. I lost 20+ pounds, maybe 25. I still seem somewhat bloated and it was mentioned that I would be smart to consider a parasite cleanse.

I have done the Master-Cleanse three times and one Liver Flush last year (that seemed fairly unproductive). I just don't know what to do next...I'm a neophite even though I feel comfortable with the MC.

Should I wait a week before doing anything...and what do you recommend I do cleanse-wise next? (Liver, Parasite..?)

I ordered 2 months of Colonix. When could I start that?
What brand probiotics do you recommend?
