this is the first major step for me.
i will go on with parasite cleanse, liver cleanse.
i am planning to do Master-Cleanse regularly. first for self healing later for spritual reasons and maintenance.
i sometimes swallow these particles, i do not want to swallow them (not to trigger digestion) but they are just at the gate to throat i fee them very often, even if i drink water i swallow some of them. i can deal with feeling thinfgs at the gate of throat but what can i do not to swallow them?
