years ago i liver flushed once and remember feeling totally at peace and even blissful the next day, however
the following day i was feeling very distraught and needed to cry with a good friend over the phone who understood(?)
what i was going thru, which essentially is emotions being released from the storehouse of emotions - the liver.
Best thing to keep your sanity it to know youre not going crazy, its a side effect so just take it as it comes and
please try your hardest to be around people who are understanding. May you be blessed with this, yours
a person who struggles with these emotions. its ok, let them go with your blessings.
Visualisations would be a great way to help these emotions on the way out forever.
