OK, intersting!

Why did you take the enemas?

Are you sick, ill or have sertain tings that should be taken extra notice of, I would strongly advice you to not do selftesting on any method that would impackt your vitamin/mineral balance!...at least when it comes to flushing.
Slowly implementing /adding new good stuff, yes, but slowly!

I know some people does this enemas on a daily basis.

For a healthy person I! would say during an autum and spring cleaning, 3 times each, will do.

Or if one feels the need bec. one has done something that requires extra "bowelwash"
like parasite cleansing or so.

Just my thoughts here.
I am not a pro.
Just a normal person who loves the education curezone can provide!
