I would probably apply coconut and castor oil in tandem throughout the day but from what I've read it makes sense that either your liver isn't working well so your body is trying to detox in other ways, or that you have parasites (or both.)

so--
colon flush
liver flush
parasite flush

but yeah, sounds like you need a professional naturopath/homeopath to help you.
