i've been taking lysine 2,000mg per day and have (1) Vit C w/ biflavonoids (1,000mg) per day....

since this, i've been great, i felt the "tingle" after my monthly cycle (which is when i've had a 2nd outbreak that lsted approx 3weeks) but..nothing!!! i'm so happy.

those two pills together are amazing. i want to know WHY though..is their any sientific evidence why this combo works so well to SUPPRESS the virus and minimize viral shedding?

ever since my 1st OB i've had anothjer outbreak, and iassume a 3rd one was trying to come through; but this has been counter-acted...i feel so free when i have no OB's and this has helped, so thankyou so much to those who suggested lysine and vitamin C.
