Oh my, you poor thing -- over a year! Are there periods of time when you get to have a BREAK...?!

I don't know this from experience, but from reading and listening to health lectures that it would be a good idea to get a zapper, especially one like the Terminator that you can attach to your wrist and just have it on you 24/7 pretty much zapping along. I definitely plan to get a zapper!

Another discipline I have decided to start with today is to do kinesiology (muscle testing) on everything I put into my mouth before I put it in my mouth. You can do this by yourself by pressing your little pinky finger against your thumb. I hold the testing item in my right hand and have my pinky and thumb of left hand pressed together and use my right hand's index finger to try to break the thumb and pinky apart. If they hold strong then what I am testing is fine to take; if they weaken and break apart then this is not good for me to take.

What percentage strength hydrogen peroxide have you been putting on your skin? I would not put anything higher than 6%! I have just been using 3% drugstore variety for now, but when my food grade hydrogen peroxide comes in which is 12% I will dilute it to 6%.

Another thing is to use DMSO (again, I do not know from experience but from reading and lectures). First get a good book on DMSO so you know exactly how to use it right because it will not be good news if applied without knowledge. DMSO by itself is a painkiller and also helps whatever is applied just before it on the skin to go in much deeper. One method recommended for parasites under the skin: clean skin, apply 6% food grade hydrogen peroxide and then DMSO (after learning about how to be careful because DMSO could cause things to be absorbed into your skin that you do not want, etc. - for instance not to use DMSO if you are using drugstore hydrogen peroxide with stabilizers, and do not put clothes on right over that where dyes could be absorbed into the skin, etc.).

DMSO stinks -- not as bad as garlic maybe, but bad enough. When I use it I will but on stronger-than-usual fragrance oil on another part of my body to help drown out the smell.

I am getting my DMSO in a glass bottle because to me that seems important. (I don't want any outgases of plastic in my DMSO!)
